Everything you need to know about this experience - V8 Buggy or YXZ Yamaha Passenger Ride

It's every racer's dream - to take the passenger seat in an awesomely high powered Race Buggy! This dream can now be your reality. Wannabe racers are lining up to get in a V8 Race Buggy or a super quick YXZ Yamaha. Take this opportunity to do this completely unique experience...it's like something out of a movie!

If driving isn't your thing, then why not book a hot lap session with a professional instructor?

The hot lap circuit is undoubtedly one of the most extreme hot lap sessions in Australia. This hot lap session includes hot laps, sliding and racing through the track at over 140kmh.

Guidelines:

Participants must be a minimum of 10 years of age

The maximum weight limit is 130kg and the maximum height is 201cm.

Session Length:

Allow up to 1 hour at the track for your experience

Session Times : 10am, 12pm or 2pm

Dress Code:

We supply the race suits and helmet.  All you need are enclosed shoes.

Weather:

This activity is NOT operable in extreme weather, if we need to reschedule your booking we will endeavour to contact you via TEXT or email.

Participant Changes:

Name changes are free of charge

Numbers on day:

There will be a maximum group size of 8/10 people

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome with great viewing of the racetrack. You are able to stay with the participant right up until their drive. We have a safe environment for kids with plenty of space for them to run around.

Accessibility:

Prams and wheelchairs do have accessibility

Cancellation Policy:

Any changes to your booking, a re-booking fee of $55 will apply.

We do NOT allow any changes 14 days prior to your event

Within 2 weeks of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book.

Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances

 Other Information / Indemnity Form:

Within the Participation and Indemnity agreement form the driver is required to meet the first $1500 towards the cost of repairing the car in the case of an accident (Clause 35)

There is an OPTION to reduce clause 35 on site. A payment of $75 will reduce the maximum damage in clause 35 to $500.

How early do I need to arrive?

We only require you to be there 15 minutes before your start time to complete your registration.

SD cards are available for purchase on the day for $50

There are no canteen facilities available on site, so please feel free to bring your own food and drinks.

There are no Eftpos facilities on site due to no Internet coverage. So please bring cash on the day for any extra purchases.
